Well done to Theo! He’s in our 121 programme in Hartlepool and Kieran was adamant that Theo got the award this month. Kieran wanted Theo to get it for “Smashing all obstacles in his way, improving massively in himself, and being an absolute pleasure to teach”. I don’t think anyone can argue with that!
